We have 2 furnished rooms available in our share house in Clapham/Brixton Hill.

The house has a large kitchen and living room with a small back garden which is ideal for summer. The house is 15 mins walk from Brixton central and the Brixton tube station or 20 minutes from Clapham Common. There are heaps of cafes, pubs and barbers only 5 minutes away in Brixton Hill village. A Lidl and Big Tescos are also a short walk away, with lots of small supermarkets even closer.

The flat is really quiet with no road noise since it’s in a lovely privatised estate with walking paths and green spaces.

Move in date for both rooms is 13 December.

This would be a full lease renewal and so prices below may change slightly but are broadly in line with the current rent.

Room 1 (larger room): £1,000/month plus bills

Room 2 (smaller room): £900/month plus bills

The house has three bedrooms and you’ll be sharing with myself (26). I’m from Australia and have been living in London for about a year now. Working in financial services - I work from home about three times a week. Enjoy drinks with mates on the weekend, hanging out and exploring London! I’ve lived in a few share houses over the years and really enjoy a good vibe around the house, but definitely not party.

We enjoy having a social vibe in the house and would be looking for a flatmates who are looking to hang out, socialise and be more than just housemates but at the same time also enjoy their own space.
