Heya :) My friend is moving to Australia in the new year so I'm looking for someone to replace her in our flat. It's a lovely two bed flat in Tulse Hill with a large garden. The street is very quiet but there's plenty of shops, pubs and cafes around. We have easy access to central London as well as to Brixton, Balham, Clapham Junction etc.

Good connections:

- 10 min walk to Tulse Hill station (direct trains to Blackfriars, Farringdon, London Bridge and Kings X)

- 15 min walk to Streatham Hill (direct trains to Clapham Junction and Victoria)

- 10 min bus to Brixton Tube (regular buses there)

About me:

I’m 27, sociable and very easy going. I've lived in London for 4.5 years so have my own base of friends but would love a flatmate who's a friend, not just someone to share the space with. I work as a town planning consultant (3/4 days in the office). I love yoga and relaxing at home but I equally love a pub trip or anything food related

Tenancy details:

- £995 includes council tax, water, wifi, gas and electricity

- Looking for somebody who wants to make this their home, ideally staying for at least 12 months
