Spacious double in homely house with roof terrace

We’re looking for a housemate to join our lovely home in Brixton at the start of November

We’re mates who actually originally met on SpareRoom but have now lived together long term, and the house really feels like home. We’ve mostly furnished it ourselves over the years, and it’s got a really cosy, lived-in feel (plus Milo the dog). We really try to make the most of the space.

Our current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend so we’d love to find another girl (26/27+) who’s clean, easygoing, and shares some of our interests in music, food, arts, and fashion. It’s important to us that you have your own friends and life outside the house, but we also enjoy hanging out together regularly - we love watching a movie/TV and eating dinner together!

We’re really looking for someone who fits into the vibe of the house and wants to make this their long-term home with us.

The room is a gorgeous, bright double with a new mattress, two wardrobes, shelving and space for a desk if you WFH. You’d be sharing the main bathroom with one other girl, so we’re only looking for another girl to keep things balanced.

The house has big bedrooms, a spacious living room with three sofas and a huge 4K TV for movie nights, and an insane south-facing roof terrace that gets the sun from sunrise to sunset with a daybed (for sunbathing when we are meant to be working). We’ve also got two fridges, and brand new dishwasher, a washer and a tumble dryer. The kitchen is well kitted out, Dylan loves cooking, so there’s always food on the go, and we often do dinner parties for just the house and also friends.

Our lovely cleaner Juilieth comes every two weeks to keep things nice, and she’s part of the family.
