Room available in friendly all-girls house share

We have a lovely room available in our sociable 4-bed house, perfectly located between Brixton and Clapham North (about equal distance to both stations, 10 minute walk).

The house is large and set across 3 floors so everyone has their own space. It has two bathrooms, a v large kitchen/ double living room and a sunny private garden - perfect for summer drinks or a Sunday coffee outside

You’d be living with three friendly, easy-going girls (28, 27, 25), one of whom we found on GalsWhoRent this year! We love a chat over wine or dinner but also respect each other’s space. We’re looking for another like-minded girl to join the house, someone tidy, social, and keen to make the place feel like home.

Rent is £1009 + around £130 of bills.
Deposit: 1200
Move-in date: around the weekend of the 20th December but we can be flexible.
