There’s a large, comfortable living room, and a separate fully-fitted kitchen with direct views into Brockwell Park – a great spot for morning coffee or evening cooking. Relatively unique for the area, cheap resident parking permits are available from Lambeth, and tenants can also apply for free tickets to the summer festivals held in the park – definitely a perk if you love music and good food!

You’d be sharing the flat with me - I’m 28 and work in commercial real estate in Westminster / the City. I’m in a long-term relationship, and my girlfriend lives nearby so she pops over from time to time. We also occasionally dog-sit a very cute (and very well-behaved!) Goldendoodle, who is lovely to walk and play with.

I really enjoy cooking and having friends over for dinner, reading, watching a good / shit film, and generally creating a relaxed, friendly vibe at home. Looking for someone who appreciates a comfortable, sociable space but also enjoys their own downtime.
