It is a short walk away from a large Lidl/Sainsburys & close to Abberville road which has a butcher/fishmonger/wine shop. etc
The room is modern, with heating, built in wardrobe and a private bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. It also has a small terrace. Furniture is optional.
Living with 4 working profissionals, mixed (2 woman, 2 men). Nice social people but working long hours so house isn't busy during the week.
