I’m looking for a friendly, respectful new house mate to join my home in a calm, warm, and easy-going flatshare.

The house is a recently renovated four-bedroom Victorian terrace, finished to a high standard while keeping its original character. It sits on a quiet, no-through road just steps from Brockwell Park, with excellent transport links via Brixton (Victoria Line) and Herne Hill (Thameslink). Two of the bedrooms are used as an office and a spare / guest room.

- Bright double bedroom with private ensuite bathroom on the top level of the house — full privacy

-Four-bedroom house shared by just two people — lots of space and a peaceful atmosphere

- Fully furnished (or unfurnished if preferred)

- Spacious, modern living areas and a well-equipped kitchen
