Hey! We’re a chilled, easy-going household looking for a new housemate.

We live in a 3-bedroom flat just behind

Clapham Park, roughly:

12 min walk to Clapham Common
8–10 min by bus to Clapham
10 min to Brixton Station (Victoria line)
~10 min walk to Tooting Park via quiet back-roads

So the location is great — easy access to both Clapham and Brixton, plus nearby green space and good transport links.

🏠 About the house & us
We’ve been living together for over 5 years — a close-knit “flat-family.”

3 of us: me (British born with Latin roots), my partner (Italian), and another flatmate (Spanish).

We work different hours: one of us is a photographer, another works as a Restauranter / and a mixologist.

We cook together sometimes, hang out, party on weekends — but we also respect each other’s space and privacy.

The living room is big and comfy: L-shaped sofa, big TV — perfect for movie nights or chilling.

We even have a spare inflatable bed for when friends or family visit.

Oh — we also have two friendly cats who keep you company if you’re home alone 😸
We want someone who’ll feel like part of the group, but also values their own space.

Preferably a female housemate (so there’s balance), because the previous tenant was my sister — it just works for the vibe and dynamic of the house.

✅ What we’re looking for
A relaxed, sociable person who’s respectful, clean and open-minded.

Someone comfortable with cats.

Someone who will blend into our household nicely (social but respectful).
Move-in date is flexible — we can show you around mornings or early evenings any day.
If you’re the right fit, you could move in straight away.

Super-close to Clapham Common — green space, nice walks, easy access to nightlife and cafés.

Quick bus or tube ride to Clapham and Brixton — great for commuting or going out.

Tooting Park is nearby for extra green space, calm walks and quiet time.
Shops, restaurants, bars and everything you need are easily accessible — a perfect mix of convenience and comfort.
