We’re looking for 2 lovely housemates to join our home from 30th September.

🏡 About the home

We’re based in a fantastic spot between Clapham and Brixton, with excellent transport links and plenty of green space nearby.

📍 Around 8–10 minutes by bus to Clapham and Brixton
🌳 Clapham Common and local tennis courts nearby
🧗 Close to climbing gyms and great running routes
🛒 Sainsbury’s (7 mins walk), Lidl (10 mins), and a large Tesco (15 mins)

The house has a large, comfortable living room with a projector, making it perfect for movie nights, lazy Sundays, watching sports, or simply relaxing after work.

There’s plenty of space to make yourself at home, and enough room for friends or family to visit from time to time.

🐱 We also have two friendly and affectionate cats who are very much part of the family and will happily keep you company when you’re at home.

✨ A little about me

I’m 29 (turning 30 soon), professional, easy-going, and really enjoy creating a home rather than just a place to sleep.

I love cooking and often enjoy making dinner for everyone, hosting dinner parties, movie nights, running, climbing, exploring forests and nature, and listening to everything from techno and house to salsa and classical music.

I consider myself a pretty decent cook, so hopefully that’s a nice little bonus for anyone moving in 😂

🏠 The vibe

We’re looking for people who enjoy a friendly and relaxed household. Someone who would be happy to occasionally share a meal, watch a film, go for a coffee, head out for a drink, go climbing or explore somewhere together but who also understands that everyone needs their own space and privacy.

The idea is to create a warm, social home where everyone feels comfortable, rather than simply having people who come home, close their bedroom door and disappear.

Female professionals are preferred as we feel this works best with the existing household dynamic.
