I’m looking for one friendly, clean and easy-going person to join our home from 30th September.

🏠 The house

It’s a 3-bedroom house with a big living room, garden, 2 toilets and plenty of communal space.

There’s a projector in the living room, so we regularly have movie nights, watch sport, cook together, have friends over or just chill.

The atmosphere is social but independent. I like living with people who actually know each other and occasionally do things together, but everyone has their own life and privacy too.

J:
I’m 29, professional, easy-going and sociable.

I’m into cooking, dinner parties, movies, running, climbing, nature, coffee and exploring London.

Tyler:
Tyler is 27, a student, very sociable and easy-going. He’s into running, movies, going out to pubs and bars, reading, travelling and exploring new places.

We’re both pretty relaxed and sociable, so we’d ideally like someone who enjoys having a friendly home where you can have a chat, cook together, watch a film or go for a drink but equally, everyone has their own life and space.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, considerate and easy to live with. You definitely don’t need to be best friends with your housemates, but it’s nice to actually get along and feel comfortable at home. 😊

You’re right between Clapham & Brixton, with great transport links around South London and into Central.

There are loads of cafés, restaurants, bars, gyms and green spaces nearby, so there’s plenty to do without having to travel far.

They’re both very friendly and affectionate and definitely think they own the place 😂
