I’m looking for 2 great people for 2 rooms in what is genuinely a really lovely home from 30th September.

A couple would also be absolutely fine in one of the rooms 😊

And before anything else the location is awesome. You’re right between Clapham and Brixton, surrounded by some of the best bits of South London, with brilliant connections for getting into, out of and across London quickly, plus easy access back towards Clapham Junction as well.

It’s one of those areas where you’ve got the London buzz when you want it, but parks, running routes, cafés and green space right on your doorstep too.

💷 £1200/ £1,300 per month per room. depending on room

🏡 A little about the home

This is a 3-bedroom house with 2 toilets, a big living room, plenty of communal space and a really relaxed, homely feel.

I’ve lived here for quite a while so it’s important to find the right people to join the house.

It’s not really a “house share” it’s a home. ❤️

✅ Around 8–10 minutes by bus to Clapham and Brixton
✅ Easy connections into Central London
✅ Great access towards Clapham Junction and around South London
✅ Clapham Common nearby 🌳
✅ Local tennis courts

✅ Sainsbury’s – around 7 mins walk
✅ Lidl – around 10 mins
✅ Large Tesco – around 15 mins

You’re basically surrounded by Clapham, Brixton, Balham, Tulse Hill and Stockwell, so whether you want restaurants, coffee shops, bars, gyms, parks or nightlife, there’s loads around you.

The living room is big, comfy and actually somewhere people want to spend time.

There’s a projector, so it’s perfect for:

🎬 Movie nights
⚽ Sports
🍷 Having friends over
🍕 Lazy Sundays
🎮 Chilling after work
😂 Or just hanging out together

There’s also enough space that friends or family can visit occasionally without everyone feeling on top of each other.

🐱 And we have two cats!

They’re both really friendly and affectionate and very much part of the household.

So cat lovers definitely get bonus points 😂🐱

I’m 29, professional, easy-going and pretty sociable.

I like having a home where people actually know each other rather than everyone disappearing behind their bedroom doors.

I’m into:

🎵 Techno, house, salsa, classical… basically almost everything

I also genuinely enjoy cooking for people and I’d say I’m a pretty decent cook, so there are worse housemate benefits 😂
