My best friend and I have found a gorgeous flat in Tulse Hill and are looking for a third flatmate to join us in a 9 month rolling tenancy.

• Spacious double with an ensuite bathroom
• Comes fully furnished and landlord is going to replace mattresses etc and willing to remove any furniture not needed.

•Huge communal living room with sofa bed (will be added when we all move in!)
• Mabli and I love to make a house a home so it will be MUCH more aesthetically pleasing!!
• 3 min walk to Tulse hill overground
• 20 min bus to Brixton Station
• 10 min walk to green space in Brockwell Park
• Fully furnished
• Private landlord (super lovely guy)

• Available from 1st January onwards.

• Living with 2 creative people who are kind and friendly and also respect space and communal living.
We’re a friendly, reliable duo - one from Wales, the other from Somerset - on the hunt for a warm, welcoming place to call home in South London (open to other areas if the vibe is right)
