Super sunny and spacious room available in Clapham/Brixton area with flexible move in date in early Jan (4th -11th)🕺🏡

We’re looking for someone in their early/mid 20s to join us in our lovely 4-bed flat. 💗

Rent is £1,137 (exc bills)
The room is fully furnished with a bed base, mattress, drawers + wardrobe and gets amazing afternoon sun ☀️

You’ll be sharing with 3 kiwis (all girls) aged 22-25.

The closest tube stop is Clapham common which is a 15/20min walk or Brixton (to avoid the northern line) is only a 20 min walk away too! There are buses to both stations.

The kitchen, lounge and dining are all super spacious too! There’s two bathrooms, only one of which includes a shower.

We’re a social flat and will often have small groups of friends over on the weekend but also very chilled throughout the working week! 👯‍♀️

We’re looking for someone who is also social, enjoys the odd drink here or there but is also respectful. You’ll also need to be working full time! 💃
