Double room for cabin crew only

We are looking for a third flatmate (cabin crew only)to share with two long haul crew members in clapham park next to Brixton. It’s a three bedroom and one bathroom flat. The entire flat was unfurnished and we both furnished therefore the cost of furnishing will be divided by three such as sofa and fridge etc to keep evevrything fair. The room is unfurnished so you will need your own stuff. The bedroom is in the pictures as the living room which we are currently using it as, however the room with the laundry and bags will become the living room and dining room. Therefore the living room in the pictures will be the double room which it was meant to be. We just didn’t get round to painting the other room yet. We have kept the flat clutter free and easy to clean and want to keep it that way. It’s a lovely flat and has private parking also. This is a guardianship so please read what this means. We have this flat for up to three years. The rent will be £340 plus bills. We are super clean and tidy…respectful of each others space and quietness. This isn’t a party flat but we love to sit and chill and have wine and occasional night out….we keep things clutter free and it really is an amazing place to live in zone 2. On public transport it’s one hour to Heathrow.
