We have a double room with a private ensuite available in a friendly, well-located flat.

📍 Location:
Tesco Express at the end of the road
20-minute walk or under 10 minutes by bus to Tesco (main store)

👤 Who we’re looking for:
Male or female, ideally mid-20s to early-30s
Minimum salary £35k
Clean, respectful, and easygoing

🏠 The household:
We’re pretty independent and keep to ourselves, but do socialise casually in the kitchen now and then — friendly but not a party house.

🐶 Pets:
We do have a dog, but they’re largely kept separate from the shared spaces.

💰 Costs:
Rent: £1,200 per month
Bills: approx. £150 per month (less in summer, slightly more in winter)

📅 Move-in date: Around a month from now, with some flexibility if needed.
