It comes fully furnished - with a good quality wardrobe, study desk, chairs, chest of drawers, etc. Everything is brand-new and you would be one of the first one to use it.

This flat is truly stunning, having just been redesigned and refurbished to a very high standard. All the bedrooms have been totally redecorated, with all new carpets and flooring throughout.

The flat also boasts one modern bathroom. The kitchen is very spacious - equipped with all new appliances. Everything is kept very clean and tidy, as our cleaner comes once a week to clean all the communal areas.

Food shopping is also very simple, as there's a Tesco Express located just two minutes from our front door and a larger Sainsbury's a few minutes further on.

The flat is conveniently situated in Clapham Park, which is in the corner between Brixton, Clapham, and Stratham with easy access to all three areas and its transport links.
