It is in an amazing location, only a 9 minute walk to Clapham North tube station and a 5 minute walk to Abbeville road with all the best coffee shops on ☕️
The house is gorgeously decorated with a modern open plan kitchen/ living room that goes onto a beautiful garden where we love to have BBQs in summer (perfect time to move in)!!🌞
You’ll be sharing with the loveliest girls Hattie 27, works in tech and Mel 30, works in finance. They are both very social and are looking for someone of a similar vibe.
They enjoy watching tv and chilling together and going out for dinner/drinks but also have their own things going on!
Room comes with the wardrobe and chest of drawers, it has its own shower and own toilet off the kitchen.
£1,225 per month plus shared bills (about £150).
