Description
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s very much a home rather than a flat share and we are looking for someone who fits in well. Everyone has their own space but we love to chill together over a glass of wine and dating disaster stories in the evenings.
The available room is the smallest and a cosy double, but has double bed with storage, bedside table and a hanging rack. There is also shared coat and shoe storage downstairs and space in the bathroom. This room is available long term.
It’s a lovely, friendly street with great neighbours and walking distance to Brixton, Brockwell Park, Clapham Balham and Streatham.
Bills are approx £150 a month
The current housemates (Pauline and Katelynn) both work from home a lot, so we are looking for someone who doesn’t work from home unfortunately.
