Mon-Fri lodger wanted for Brixton Flat

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate lodger to share my lovely flat during the week. You’d have a furnished double room, along with full access to the shared kitchen/ living room, and bathroom.

The rent is £680 per month, which includes:
• 4 nights per week
• All bills
• A fortnightly cleaner

I’m also open to discussing fewer nights if that would suit you better.

The room is available initially for 3 months, with the possibility of extending if we’re a good fit.

The flat is in a great location, just a 7-minute walk from beautiful Brockwell Park and around a 20-minute walk to Brixton, Herne Hill, and Tulse Hill stations. There are also plenty of bus routes nearby, making it easy to get around.

This set-up would suit someone who works in London during the week but heads elsewhere at weekends. Please note that the space isn’t suitable for home working, though you’d be very welcome to leave some belongings here over the weekend.

During the week, my evenings are usually a mix of dinners out, dance classes, or quieter nights cooking and relaxing in front of the TV, so I’m looking for someone who’s respectful of shared space and enjoys a calm, friendly home environment.
