I’m moving out of my cozy, light-filled double room to move closer to home 🥲 the room gets PLENTY of natural daylight as it is south-west facing. It comes with a bed, and recently replaced wardrobe and chest of drawers (the ones in the picture are of the old one)!

Accessibility:
the entrance, kitchen, living room and washing machine are downstairs. The bedroom and bathrooms are upstairs- there are two flights of stairs of about 14 steps total.

You’ll be sharing the flat with Meez (he/him 31), Jack (he/him 32), and Ellis (they/them ~30). I’ve known Jack and Meez for years - they’re lovely people! Ellis will be a new addition to the flat, but a wonderful human being too! You’ll also be sharing the flat with wee Uggy - Meez’s cat 🐈‍⬛

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with just one other person, as there are two showers/toilets in the flat 🛀

This place would suit a professional moving to London who’s looking to join a welcoming, sociable house. The area is really quiet, there’s a nature reserve across the street and free on-street parking 🚗

Herne Hill is a 10 min walk away for those who love the festivals and scenery (my personal favourite park, second to Primrose Hill) 🌳
