NEED CONFIRMATION ASAP
Hi, I need to leave town to finish my MA dissertation and am looking to sublet my room from mid-July to the 26th of August. It is an all-girls house, so am only going to female subletters.
There are 4 girls: Lisa (24), Emily (24), and Rosie (25), there is also Io (23) but she will be elsewhere for the rest of the summer as well.
It is a lovely room, with great light in the morning but cool in the evening.
There is a large kitchen/dining room, a shared livingroom, 2 bathrooms— one is a shower on the ground floor, and a bath on the first floor.
There is onstreet parking.
We have easy access to Balham, Battersea, Clapham, and Brixton. It is super easy to get into Central and great amenities are nearby.
Absolutely all bills are included- water, gas, wifi, council tax, etc.
