He’s very chilled and easy to get along with. The room is part furnished with the wardrobe only. The flat has excellent transport links to Brixton and Clapham ~ 10 mins on the bus, or a 20 minute walk to Clapham South station for the northern line. Streatham Hill station is a 10 minute walk and has regular trains into Victoria. Permitted parking is available outside the house on the street. Tesco express and McDonald’s are a 30 second walk away, with a variety of shops and supermarkets 10-20 mins walk down Streatham high road.
