Large double bedroom available in a 2-bed flat, with en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. Gals only please!

The flat has:
* Open-plan kitchen and living room
* Balcony on both sides of the flat (connecting to the bedrooms and the living room)
* Additional storage cupboard in the hallway
* Shared living space

Location:
* 20-minute walk to Brixton / around 10 minutes by bus (multiple you can get)
* 20-minute walk to Clapham / around 15 minutes by bus
* Close to Clapham Common and Brockwell Park
* Around 15 minutes’ walk to Streatham Hill

The money stuff:
Rent: £1225 per month
Deposit: I am just waiting confirmation on deposit amount although it will be similar to a month’s rent. Will update asap!
Bills: roughly £200/220 per month per person covering gas and electricity, water, council tax, wifi and tv

The first month’s rent and deposit would need to be paid to me on the 30th September, to be taken on the 1st October (it’s paid as a full flat payment hence paying to me first).

Bills will be set up from my account and come out on the 1st of every month but happy to change that arrangement longer term.

About me and the flat:

It’s a pretty chilled and cosy living space and more of a home than a flat share. Weekdays are quite routined for me, the usual 30 year old life of trying to eat well, exercise, watch some trashy tv, get some beauty sleep etc but I still love making the most of London and going out for dinner, hanging out with friends, planning my next holiday etc.

I work a mixture from home and in the office, usually about 3 days a week from home. We currently work from our rooms which ideally I’d like to keep the same as it keeps the rest of the flat as non work space but there is plenty of space in the room for a desk.

I’d love to find someone with a similar vibe who’s clean and tidy and wants to live in a nice flat that feels like a home.
