Good bus services. Close to both Brixton Village and Clapham High Street with Sainsburys, Waitrose and weekly food/farmers' markets as well as restaurants, bars, cinemas, fitness centres. Clapham Common and Brockwell Park with its Lido close by.

I am an artist (not young and wild nor old and staid) working from separate studio on the premises. My home, I am told, is unconventional and wonderful. My cooker is 1930s and my computer is apple. There is a large garden which creates a peaceful haven.
