Large room in good location w/garden quiet street

Hi

Im looking for an easy going flatmate to share a 2 bedroom place in a great location, 5 mins Streatham hill station and buses, Brixton is a short walk or bus ride away. Brockwell park and Tooting Bec common are a 15 minute walk.

The flat has 2 large double rooms, a small sitting room and a large kitchen that backs onto garden that catches plenty of sun and will be perfect for a BBQ or two. There is also plenty of storage around the place which can be handy and the flat is on a street with free parking with parks generally available outside the door.

The room itself has a huge wardrobe with plenty of storage and a shoe rack for those who have many shoes and is furnished with a king-sized bed and could be suitable for couples.

Im looking for an easy going flatmate/couple who are keen to go for the odd beer and would like to have a nice place to live.

Im a Kiwi who has been in London for a couple of years now and works in IT with apple/macs. Like to go out in the weekend and have a laugh with friends and do the odd bit of travelling and cooking.
