I am renting out a large double room in a lovely, clean and tidy maisonette in Sudbourne area of Brixton (amazing location, 7 minutes to Brixton station and 10 minutes walk to Clapham North or Clapham Common)

The maisonette is in a very prime area close to all the amenities, with Brixton concert halls (Electric & Brixton Academy), live music venues, Ritzy & Brixton Village on one end; And the Clapham dining & social on the other end (Picture House, Inferno, Abbeville Road etc).

The room is decorated, bright, fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, chest of drawers and quadruple wardrobe.

The flat has a clean and tidy furnished kitchen with all equipments you need (microwave, oven, gas cooker, fridge, washing machine, etc.) Bathroom(with bath + shower).

An ideal person would be a professional or a mature student looking to live somewhere with an easy commute & great amenities. Someone who enjoys having their own space & doing their own thing

The house is shared with 1 other person. I work in the finance and my interests are food (dining out and cooking), fashion, blogging, travel, working out, music & art. I'm easy going and chilled yet sociable.

Due to work, I won’t be around that often especially during the week. With that said the room will be better suited for somebody who is happy having their own space & doing their own thing a lot of the time, whilst occasionally socialising with their flatmate (Netflix session, Game of Thrones, wine & a meal etc)

The rent is £950 (all bills included)

Deposit and a month's rent in advance is required
