The Kitchen has two large fridge/freezers and washing machine. There is one bathroom and two shower rooms so there is never a scramble. Please note also that the bathrooms will be completely refurbished (the work has already been commissioned), beginning of May, an ADDED BONUS..
There is also a secure bike store in the garden that holds up to 5 bikes.
Located on Brixton hill, there are some superb cafes and restaurants nearby, also a very nice and friendly assortment of local drinking establishments! There are regular buses that run to the West End from end of road and the Victoria line is 5 - 10 mins walk so ideal for anyone who needs a tube! We are 5 minutes from beautiful Brockwell Park with bike track, tennis courts and lido, plus a range of great restaurants such as Negril and Franco Manca (the best pizza place in town).
Includes utility bills (gas, electricity, water, poll tax). The broadband and TV licence are shared between the boys.
We have NOT increased our rents because of WFH, or the increase in energy prices as the boys will verify and any new tenant's rent would be guaranteed for at least a year.
