A upstairs bedroom has just become available in quiet road in SW2. It is light and airy with plenty of quiet and privacy in a friendly all male house.

The house consists of young professionals who are up for a beer/glass of wine, happy to cook and eat together but also respectful of each other's space and privacy. With the rise in WFH, the house has become much more of a unit with regular shared meal times, get togethers.

The house Is spacious and well maintained In a sought after area of Brixton. All rooms are furnished, including desks, but also have room to add your own personal touch.

The house consists of a large kitchen with two large fridge/freezers, individual cupboard space for each tenant, washing machine and cooking/dining area.

There is a newly decorated and furnished separate lounge so additional space to mix and socialise with the other lads in the house.

There is one bathroom and two shower rooms over two floors that have recently also been fully refitted and refurbished.

There is also a secure bike store in the garden that holds up to 5 bikes. Also BBQs are a regular feature, weather permitting.

Located on Brixton hill, there are some superb cafes and restaurants nearby, also a very nice and friendly assortment of local drinking establishments! There are regular buses that run to the West End from end of road and the Victoria line is 10-15 mins walk so ideal for anyone who needs the tube and less than 20 mins into town. We are 5 minutes from beautiful Brockwell Park with bike track, tennis courts and lido.

Includes utility bills (gas, electricity, water, poll tax). The broadband and TV licence are shared between the boys.
We have NOT increased our rents because of WFH, or the increase in energy prices over the past difficult winters as the boys will verify. Any new tenant's rent would be guaranteed no increase for at least a year. Would suit young professional. All our tenants say they are very happy and most tend to stay long term.
