A single cosy room is available (from 25 Mar 2015) in a clean and spacious 3 bedroom flat with huge terrace on the first floor of a privately owned flat. I live alone but my 2 lovely and well behaved boys (14 & 16 years old) come to visit for a few days every week.

The room is available to rent ONLY from Monday to Friday.

I’m looking for a non-smoking, tidy and easy going individual to occupy the third bedroom which used to be occupied by the kids’ au pair.

The rent includes a fast broadband via WiFi.

The flat is 20mins walk to Brixton tube station, 7mins walk to Streatham Hill train station. Close to Clapham Common and 2mins walk to the bus stop, a bus away from pretty much everywhere in central London.

This single room is NOT ideal for couples.
