Single room available parking available

I currently have one single room available it is furnished.

The house is located in a quiet street and Brixton, Herne Hill and Tulse Hill Stations are all within 15 minutes walk, or 5 minutes by bus. Transport links are very good with Brixton tube and train stations nearby.
All bills are included in the rent and there is broadband throughout the house.

I am looking for an easy going person to share. You may be new to london, starting a new job or course or visiting london as holiday.

I have been told by my previous tenants that my home was good place to stay whilst getting use to the area. I can provide reviews / references if required too

I’m an easy going person generally get on with most folk, I have been very fortunate to have had some lovely people stay with me who are now life long friends.
I work full time. I’m very knowledgable about the local area and london wide. Enjoy a glass of wine and chat
