Hello! This is an excellent opportunity to live in a secure, modern, spacious apartment in the heart of Streatham hill, moments away from an excellent array of restaurants, bars, cafes and transport links. You will be living with myself (a live-in landlord). I am an easy going, friendly and active 38 year old guy with many interests and hobbies who enjoys all London has to offer. I am looking for someone similar who is respectful, sociable and has their own busy social and work lives.

I am initially looking for someone to take the room for a minimum of 4 months and a maximum of 9 months but this could be extended depending on my personal circumstance - I may be looking to sell next summer but this will depend on my work/personal situation. Anyhow, I will always give as much notice as possible of my plans. In the first six months there will be a 1 month notice period either way.

The flat is on the first floor of a purpose built, modern and quiet residential development approximately 12 mins by bus from Brixton Station and a 100 meters from Streatham hill overground station which goes to London Victoria (17mins) and London bridge (30 mins). There are also numerous bus options serving clapham common/north, Balham, Brixton and central London, on the doorstep of the building. You can be in central London in 30 mins via Brixton Tube which is a short bus ride away.

The double room is immaculately presented. It's a large and bright, fully furnished, south facing double room with; a king size bed ( the photos have not been stretched!), large wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables, an ergonomic leather office chair and desk. This room is perfect for home working with a south facing window allowing for lots of light all day long. The flat is spacious for London and built to a very high spec. I have recently replaced the washing machine and there is an integrated dishwasher as well as lots of cupboard and fridge space. The building is very secure (fob access), has a lovely communal green area, lift access and secure underground bike storage.

The price is inclusive of ultra fast BT infinity WIFI home package, gas & electric, council tax and TV license. The only thing not included and will need to be discussed is the cost of a cleaner (approx 20-40 per fortnight).
