Hi Everyone, SHORT LETS CONSIDERED!

We are looking for a nice, clean, tidy and respectful housemate to move in with us from Sunday, 18th February.

The Room:
Big enough for a desk etc.. - the furniture as be moved around to facilitate different requirements, - Viewing is recommended.
Double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers with views of the back garden.
Decent sized room with lots of space.
Good size for a desk and chair leaving enough space that can be utilized for other things,
The room has newly been re-carpeted, so you will have the comfort of some soft carpeting.
The bed has recently new mattresses.

The House:
Living room - two comfy leather sofas and armchairs, coffee table and TV.
Kitchen - two fridge/freezers, oven, gas cooker, microwave and a washing machine.
Garden - We have got an amazing backyard which is suitable for some relaxation.
Bathrooms - We've got two bathrooms, one bath which is only used as a bath and one shower, both with good water pressure.
Internet - Unlimited efficient wireless internet.
Heating - is provided by high efficiency electric radiators and the house gets hot very quickly once powered on.

Off street parking is available.

Bicycle storage - available on request.

Cleaning - we have a cleaner every fortnight. Cost included in the rent (£20).

Location/Transport:

We live in the heart of Streatham Hill which is minutes away from Brixton, Clapham and Balham.

Underground - Victoria Line - Brixton Tube station is 7 minutes away by bus.

Underground – Northern Line - Access to the Northern Line from Balham.

Overground - Streatham Hill train station is 5 minute walk and have great connections to Balham, Clapham Junction, West and East Croydon or Victoria.

Buses - 159N, 109, 250, 333, 133N, 57, 250, 219, 59, 319 and many more.

Marks and Spencer Food Hall, Starbucks, Superdrug’s and Sainsbury’s are a couple of minutes away together with different restaurants and wine bars.

Fitness and Leisure - There are numerous gym and fitness facilities in the area.

Your Potential Flatmates:
You've got Scott, Mark and myself.
We are working during the week and got our own lives but as we all get on very well and always respect each other's space and privacy.
Current house dynamics, Mark and Scott goes out to work during the day and I am currently doing a mix of the office and home office.

You: Preferably a male due to the existing house dynamics although females are welcome if they feel that they would fit in.
Considerate, clean, tidy and some that respects everyone's privacy, looking to move for a minimum of 6 months to one year...longer would be great!

Price is £820 per month including all bills including communal areas cleaning. Rent excludes minor for toiletries etc.. Bond is a month rent.
N. B. There might be additional energy costs in the winter months dependant on usage; a total of £35 for energy is contributed in your monthly rent (£140 in total), if the winter bill is over this amount, then we all split that amount.
