Room in Friendly Streatham Hill Houseshare

Hi there,

I'm looking for relaxed friendly new tenant to join our Streatham Hill house share,
Our light, airy double room overlooking the garden is now available!

It's a 3 storey, 5 bed Victorian terraced house in a conservation area just 5 minutes walk from Streatham Hill rail station and a short bus ride to Brixton.
Right next to the high street with lots of shops, restaurant, etc.

Ideally we're looking for someone who'd like to settle in for a while but we'll consider short lets if the dates make sense.

I'm very sorry but we're not considering the room for couples.

The house has kitchen with dining area, a living room, a bathroom with shower and a separate modern cubicle shower, 2 separate toilets, a back garden with a pizza oven and bbq.

We also have a lovely cat.

All bills included.
