Double Room For Rent In Clapham Common/Brixton

Sadly, one of our lovely flatmates is moving back home at the end of the month and we will have a double room available for rent from the 26 of October 2020.

The room has double bed, wardrobe, 2 shelving units and a big cupboard next to the bedroom for extra storage space.
There are 4 bedrooms in the property and you will be sharing the house with 3 other people. All of us are working professionals. We are looking for someone who would enjoy sharing the house with friendly and outgoing flatmates.

The house is located in an excellent location just few minutes away from Clapham Common/ Brixton and Clapham North stations. The area is also surrounded by many busses, which makes the commute even easier. The house is very spacious and if you have a bike and prefer cycling to places there is room for your bike !
There is a large shared living room, a big kitchen with dining area and a good size garden for barbecues. There is also one shared bathroom and a spare toilet.

Our house is a home rather than just a place to crash and we would like to find someone that would treat it as such. We like to socialise together in the house by sharing an occasional bottle of wine or catching up while watching movies, but equally we all have busy personal and professional lives.

The rent is £710 per month. It includes all the bills: internet, council tax, water, gas and electricity. The deposit is £400. There are no agency fees as you will be renting privately.
