This is a 4 bedroom house so you will share the main door with 3 other flatmates but you will enter a secured door to your 1 bed flat. Newly furnished property and perfectly maintained throughout, with weekly cleaner.

Bedroom: double bed (inc. blanket and pillow if required), wardrobes
Living room: sofa (sofa bed), 32 inch Smart TV, table, desk & chair
Kitchen: electric hob, microwave, refrigerator (this is a simple kitchen so if you love cooking, this is not a property for you)
Bathroom and a separate toilet

The only thing you need to share is a washing machine and lovely garden.
