It comes furnished with a bed and mattress, as well as ample storage space, including a full-size wardrobe and chest of drawers, providing plenty of room for clothes, shoes and personal belongings while helping to keep the bedroom feeling open, organised and uncluttered. There is also a desk and chair, making the room well suited to working from home. If you already have your own furniture or mattress, I would be happy to discuss removing some of the existing items so the space can be tailored to suit your needs.

One of the best features of the flat is the separate living room. This is a proper shared lounge, not just a small kitchen corner, so there is a comfortable space to read, watch something, have a chat, or unwind at the end of the day. Both the lounge and kitchen benefit from good natural light, and the flat has been recently refurbished and kept in very good condition.

The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with appliances, and the flat also has a three-piece bathroom. The internet connection is excellent, so working from home is well covered. I have lived here for three years and have a good relationship with the landlord, who is responsive, diligent and quick to deal with things when needed.

The location is ideal if you want somewhere quiet but still well connected. Raynes Park Station is around a 5-minute walk away, with trains to Waterloo taking approximately 21 minutes. Wimbledon High Street is around 15 minutes on foot or a short bus ride, Wimbledon Chase Station is around 10 minutes away, and Wimbledon Village is also within walking distance.

The immediate area is residential and peaceful, with no noisy late-night shops or restaurants directly on the doorstep, but everything you need is close by. Wimbledon Village offers cafés, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, parks, wholefood shops and plenty of places for a weekend walk or coffee. There are also several gyms nearby, including David Lloyd, Virgin Active, Nuffield Health and Third Space.
