The 1930s mid-terrace house has a large garden and will be shared with one female, and only part of the year with two other professionals.

The house is kept very clean, and we have a very homely household with plenty of privacy.

There is a sweet, small dog called Sal living in the property.

The first-floor bathroom with a bath and a shower is shared with one other person only (female).
