Bright and spacious room with garden

I’m moving out of my lovely room in the Wimbledon Chase area to be closer to work, and need someone to take it from 6th aug.

Emily and Julien, the current housemates are lovely, easygoing and they’ll be missed dearly. There may be 1-2 more housemates in the future but for now it’ll just be the three of you. There’s never been a real issue with space as the kitchen, garden and bathroom are sizeable.

There is a kitchen with a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and the house has all the necessary amenities and appliances.

The location is lovely and the area is very safe and nice to walk around. Lots of open green spaces!

Rent, which is £755 a month, includes bills and the deposit is £655. I’m hoping to find someone to take the room asap, so please get in touch if you’re interested. Can also do a video-call tour!
