This is a friendly house hold and you’ll be sharing with one male and one female who are quiet, clean and tidy.
One house mate resides FT whilst I spend 4-5 days away on a regular basis.

You have off street parking for small car or motorbike. Shared use of garden. Kitchen/diner has settee and breakfast bar.
Kitchen has washing machine.

The room is for single occupancy so unfortunately no couples please.
