Hi all,

I have a free room in my flat that I am looking to rent out.

Fantastic location - 2 mins from Sloane Square tube in a period building with access to a wonderful private garden.

Bright sunny double bedroom with plenty of storage (built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves).

Please note that the flat does not have a living room - hence the cheap price for the area.

A bit about me - I am in my late 20s working in a busy finance job. My interests include travelling, hiking, pilates, flying trapeze, shoe-making, exploring different cuisines, reading, and art. As a flatmate I am sociable but I also have respect for personal space. I travel quite a bit so not at home all the time.

I am looking for a friendly, clean and tidy flatmate (male or female). Both professionals and students welcome.

1,450 per month with bills included.
