Single small room to rent

I have a single small room at the top of my flat based in Beauchamp Place. The room is quiet and comes with a single bed, fan and heater and also a side table and a small window that leads to the roof.

You are welcome to share the kitchen, living room and bathroom, I have a dog called Max who is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier. I would like someone who also relatively tidy like myself but not ocd. I regularly go to the gym that is very close by called Aquillia, they have a pool and sauna and steam for £100 a month.

I am pretty easy going and enjoy having a beer or two at the weekend.
