Room is in a flat, in Chelsea.

Safe, quiet neighborhood.
The Room has double glazed windows, for plenty of natural light and ventilation.
Quiet, clean, no noise. Double Bed.
Large floor to ceiling wardrobe, 3 x deep Cupboards, table/desk, and all, are solid.

The shower room its large,( not a cubicle) clean, and kept clean daily.
The whole flat has Gas Central Heating for 24hrs instant boiling water, and heating during the winter months.
Cleaning the communal areas, is done by me, every day., (when I'm home).
Sharing the flat ,theoretically, with me, live-in owner, love gardening.
Suits someone that values their own privacy, and respect 🙏 other's.
The kitchen it can be all yours, the fridge freezer, cutlery, cupboards, crockery, hobs, air fryer etc. Personally I never cook. I will clean it daily though.
Visit my family abroad a lot, so better book in advance to visit.
