Large double room in friendly Christian flatshare

Hi, we’re looking for someone to join us in our houseshare.

It’s with two others, one male, one female, both Christians. We’re very friendly and relaxed. Between us we enjoy cooking, gardening, going out to listen to music, having friends over or watching a film together, but we also like to be able to get on with our thing too. One of us works for a national charity in north London and studying part-time (postgrad) and the other is a writer and drives in his spare time.

The room is lovely and bright (southwest facing), very quiet, and overlooks our back garden. It’s a good sized double room (12'x9'9) with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and book shelf. There's a well-equipped kitchen, relaxing sitting room with a dining table and a little balcony, airy bathroom with bath and shower and a small downstairs toilet. Minimum 6 months.

We have a nice back garden with a little patio ideal for barbeques. We live in a purpose-built block of maisonettes with a good community feel. Ten minutes’ walk to Clapham Common or the cafes and restaurants on Abbeville Road, a little further and you’re in Balham, Clapham Town, Streatham or Brixton, with cinemas, cafes, restaurants, leisure centre and lots of shops.
