A double room available in friendly Clapham house share.
The house currently has 3 guys (Ben, James & Willie - Aussie, English, Kiwi) and 2 girls (Katie and myself, Annie - English, Aussie), looking for another lady or a lad to replace me as I will be moving out on June 28th
We're a friendly bunch and all enjoy a good social, we try to go out for drinks/meals when we can and are looking for someone like-minded, who would fit in well with the family.
The house has a big living room (with pool table), seperate kitchen and a decent sized garden.
You would be sharing a bathroom/seperate toilet with one other person only.
The rent cost (£857) includes all bills and the deposit amount is £750.
Additionally, Katie is moving out too. So we also have a second room available. So if you have a friend you want to move in with this house would be ideal.
