Lovely bright room in Clapham Park

Hello future flatmate. I have a lovely bright room available in my home for a professional or student female. large pax ikea wardrobe with 2 rows of storage, 2 chest of drawers bed and side table. We live in a house with landscaped garden, although looking quite pitiful because it’s winter lol, kitchen and bathroom, flooring, and additional downstairs toilet
All mod cons including all stainless steel appliances, fibre optic WiFi,
You share a full sized fridge with 1 other person.

Would love someone outgoing who doesn’t mind having a meal/glass of wine or a night out every so often- you know be friendly lol

This is a cat friendly house. So if you don’t like cats or are allergic. This isn’t the home for you. They love nothing more than belly rubs.

We also have a loft for storage.

We also have a cleaner every 2 weeks that cleans the communal areas (that doesn’t mean you do nothing and leave the place a mess for her) you can also pay an additional hour for her to do your room/ironing etc if you like.

Current tenant is moving out after two years 😫

We are 3 girls, super chilled, love a laugh and meal together as well as socialising from time to time. X
We are also very interested in short term rental pf 1-3 months or a month to month tenancy as we may possibly be moving early next year.
