Large double room in 3 storey Victorian terraced house.
The house is just off Clapham High Street and 3 minutes walk to both, Clapham High St and Clapham North stations.
The room has got a King Size bed with under bed drawers, desk, chair and a wardrobe. This is the only room we rent in the property. The room is located on the third floor with a lovely bathroom next to it which while it's not an en-suite it's effectively so, giving the other room on this floor is only occasionally used by us as an office during the day.
House owned by a gay male/married couple and we live in the house with our son, who is about to turn 5 years old. Our child is very easy going and have a great sleeping routine (sleeps from 19:30 - 7:00am).
We are looking for someone who is happy to be both part of the household and has their own life. Social household who have had tenants previously so know what works. We would like to think we are easy going, clean and tidy. We are quite active, go out and travels quite a fair bit and love socialising with friends and meeting new people.
