Located on a quiet tree lined street but will quick access to two busy high streets with fantastic cafes, restaurants and bars. The property is located close to Clapham Common (15 minutes) and Brockwell Park (20 minutes).

8 minute walk to all stations:
- Brixton Station - Zone 2 Victoria line, which takes you into central London in about 10 minutes.
- Clapham North Station - Northern line
- Clapham High Street Station - Overground

Please note that the flat is a basement flat and there are stairs to access the property and garden.
