Single room available in SW4 from September

Hi all,

Our house mate of 3 years is moving out at the start of September so we are looking to find a replacement!

The room is a single room based on the top floor of the house. Room is furnished with a single bed, desk, shelving and chair. There is a large wardrobe and also a chest of drawers directly outside the room for extra storage. Rent is £579 per month and bills are approx £100-£110 per month.

The flat itself is a large end of terrace house spread over 3 floors. There’s a large living space with 3 large sofas, a large kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet/sink and a bathroom with shower and sink.

There’s a bus stop opposite the house that takes you to brixton tube station in 12 mins, Clapham Common in 10 mins and Clapham South in 8 mins.

The current housemates are all young male professionals aged 27-28. We all work from home for a couple of days a week and in office for the remaining days.

Current housemates are all very social, big sports fans and are as easy going as can possibly be!
