Lovely flat share in SW4, just off Ferndale road. 5 minutes walk to Brixton tube and 10 mins walk to Clapham North overground and Northern line.

You will be living with three girls, Georgia, Kendall & Emma, all 26/27 years old and working professionals. They split time between WFH & the office, so would like if whoever moves in to do the same.

Bills (all to be divided by 4) are around £110 a month (can go up in winter). *We use SplitWise to divide up and settle all our bills.
