Looking for someone to take over my room in this 3 bed flat. There’s a private bathroom coming with the room . The flat comes with 2 bathroom an extra toilet a kitchen and a spacious living room, there’s also parking as well if you need it.

This is in a good location, right opposite Clapham Common park and a 10/15 min walk to either Clapham Common or Clapham Junction Station.

Rent is £1,150 and bills is around £130 a month.

The flat was rented unfurnished but we have furnished it all with our own things that we had from the previous place. The room comes with a large wardrobe. There is a bed and a desk in the room which you can discuss with the guy moving out on whether you want it or not :)

We have a good dynamic where we will spend time together but also have our own lives going on. We like to cook together, go to the run clubs, go out, watch movies etc.
