Double Room in Clapham/Brixton ( PropertyGuardian)

I live in a 2-bed flat as a property guardian. My cureent flatmate is moving out because he is moving in with his partner. So, his room is available.

I am looking for someone to be able to get along well together. Sharing the same living space will be easier when there is good rapport and chemistry. Having the same cleaning standards is also very important.

I am curently working as solar panel installer. I also do some acting on the side. Outside work, I have many interests which fall in the main categories of physical movement, art, and philosophy. I like a good chat and having fun, keeping things light.

The rent is £610 all inclusive. You'd have to apply through the guardian agency and pass their veto process. If I remember correctly, that means proving your income is more than £25-30k/year through bank statements and providing two referees.
