Double Room in Clapham/Brixton ( PropertyGuardian)

I live in a 2-bed flat as a property guardian. My cureent flatmate is moving out because he is moving in with his partner. The room will be as shown in pictures minus the bed mattress and decorations.

I am looking for someone to be able to get along well together. Sharing the same living space will be easier when there is good rapport and chemistry. Having the same cleaning standards is also very important.

I am currently working as solar panel installer. I also do some acting on the side. Outside work, I have many interests which fall in the main categories of judo, hiking, art, and philosophy. I like a good chat and having fun, keeping things light.

The rent would amount to £610 (£475 for room + bills) all inclusive. You'd have to apply through the guardian agency and pass their veto process. They require the following:
- A valid passport
- Their last three months' bank statements
- Their last three months' payslips
- A Right to Rent share code (if they are not a British citizen)
- An employment reference letter
