Cute kitchen with big cupboards and a balcony big enough for BBQ and small chair set. Large windows in each of the rooms lets plenty of light in.

No set move in date really I’m open as I’m moving out of London.
Taking over my part of the tenancy which has 2 month rolling notice if both parties choose to leave the flat. Bills not included but normally come to an additional 150 depending on the month.
