Come live with us! We are a kiwi couple living in London for the past 2yrs. Our current flatmate is moving out so amazing room up for grabs.
Cost - £1250 (incl some bills)
A bit about us - we love to travel and explore London and are out and about almost every weekend. We also love to host weekend dinners and casual drinks at the flat with friends. Having flatties that are also chatty would be a big win but we definitely do our own thing too.
A bit about you - we are hoping for a flatmate who we can come home and have a yap with. We are also really open to cooking together if you want less nights cooking each week! Someone who is fun, friendly, keen for movie and game nights and overall easy going vibes.
It’s a double room with bed included and private bathroom (as pictured)
About the flat:
- Your own private bathroom and an additional separate shared toilet for guests
- Double sized room
- 8-10 mins from 3 different stations and lines (Northern Line, Victoria and overground)
- Right between Brixton and Clapham high st town centres so lots of bars (Duke of Ed Pub just down the road!), shops, gyms, and restaurants nearby
- Split level
- Road restrictions on our street so less traffic
- Previous tenant stayed for 3 years
- Lots of natural light
- Gorgeous large lounge already furnished (incl. flat screen TV) and double bed included
- Great heating and double glazed
- Super secure apartment block
