A bit about me: 30 years old Professional working in Finance. Relaxed, easy-going and friendly.

I work long hours but also like to socialize with friends and share a glass of wine with my flatmate.

I am looking for a an easy going and tidy Professional who will call this place home and who is sociable. I am travelling quite a lot on personal and Professional trips and you will then have the big flat for yourself on weeekends.

The rent is 1050 a month plus bills which come at around 120 GBP a month (internet; TV licence; electricity and Council tax and cleaner). Water is included within the rent price.
